Experience I transitioned to counselling and coaching 15 years ago at my midlife and have been professionally active since. Prior to entering fulltime private practice in 2004, I was a fulltime Director of Counselling and Family Education for 5 years. Besides training in psychotherapy, counselling and coaching, I also bring along relevant challenging personal life experiences related to family, parenting, and marital. Clientèle I actively work with mainly self-sponsored executives (senior to first level), business owners including independent professionals, homemakers and other private individuals in Singapore with relationship challenges. TV, Radio, Magazines, Talks, Newspapers I have appeared in various media interviews on family and relationship topics including TV, radio, magazines and newspapers, and have also shared at many talks including at two consecutive Singapore Parenting Congress. Coaching/Counselling Orientation I am action and goal oriented and usually work within a limited number of sessions (including one-off extended ones) depending on clients’ needs. I lean towards evidence-based coaching using mainly cognitive-behavioural, solution oriented and positive psychology methods, and work within a narrative framework. Certification: Relationship Profiling I am an accredited facilitator of the PREPARE-ENRICH couple relationship evaluation tool that supplements coaching for premarital, married or cohabiting couples. Personal I enjoy meditating, occasional travelling, nature (beauty), and simple pleasures like having a cup of coffee or tea at a local coffee shop on a quiet and lazy Sunday afternoon, gazing into the horizon at the beach, and simply just be-ing
